    Jeff Kushmerek founded Infinite Renewals after 25 years leading customer success and professional services teams. He started as a developer in the 1990s, worked at Endeca through its acquisition by Oracle, and was a VP at Brightcove when it went public in 2012. He wrote Retention Starts in Implementation and The HubSpot Customer Success Workspace Operators Manual, hosts the GSD Podcast, and spoke at HubSpot's UNBOUND 2026 conference.
