Who We Are

We've been running CS organizations since before most CS platforms existed.

Infinite Renewals is a post-sales consulting firm and HubSpot Solutions Partner based in Boston. Before we became a HubSpot partner, we spent 25 years in CS and Professional Services leadership — VP-level roles, public company operations, post-acquisition turnarounds. We chose HubSpot because the data lives in one place, the AI actually works, and teams adopt it. The implementation practice grew out of that conviction.
